Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Çınar Çağlar, Ankara, Türkiye ("we", "us"), for the Nolindra desktop app, the Nolindra Unity package and the related online service ("Nolindra"). By creating an account or using Nolindra you accept them.
1. What Nolindra does
Nolindra is an AI agent for the Unity Editor. It reads your project through the Nolindra Unity package and proposes changes. Changes are applied to your project only after you approve them.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Nolindra. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 16.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Nolindra is sold as subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Current prices are on nolindra.com.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing, taxes and related customer service.
- Credits measure the agent's work. Subscription credits renew each billing period and do not roll over. Credits from one-time packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- New accounts get a one-time trial of 300 credits once their email address is confirmed (signing in with GitHub or Google counts as confirmed). One trial per person.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Invites
If someone creates an account with your invite code and makes their first purchase, you both receive the invite reward shown in the app. Rewards are limited per month and may be withheld if we see abuse (for example inviting yourself with extra accounts).
5. Your content
Your project, code and assets stay yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run Nolindra for you (see the Privacy Policy). We don't use your content to train AI models.
6. AI output — review before you rely on it
Nolindra's suggestions are produced by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your project. Review each change before approving it, test your project, and keep backups and version control. Don't rely on factual statements in the agent's answers without checking them. You are responsible for the changes you approve.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Nolindra to: break the law or anyone's rights; create malware; get around usage limits or share accounts; resell or provide access to the underlying AI service; build or train a competing AI model or product from Nolindra's output; or interfere with the service.
8. The software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Nolindra app and Unity package while you have an account. Don't copy, modify, redistribute, decompile or reverse engineer them except where the law allows it. Third-party components are listed with their licences in the package.
9. Unity and other third-party software
Nolindra is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Unity Technologies. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere.
You need your own licence to use the Unity Editor, and you are responsible for following Unity's terms and the licences of the assets and packages in your project, including when you choose to have Nolindra work on them.
If Unity's terms or a decision by Unity require us to change, limit or stop how Nolindra works with the Unity Editor, we may do so. If that stops you from using Nolindra as described, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of your current subscription period and your unused prepaid credits, pro rata.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Nolindra available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. If we discontinue Nolindra, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of your current subscription period and your unused prepaid credits, pro rata.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@nolindra.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
12. Liability
Nolindra is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or project content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
