Refund Policy

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

• First purchase — 14-day money-back guarantee: if Nolindra isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get it back in full. No questions asked.
• Renewals: you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. If a renewal charged you by surprise, ask within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it if you haven't used credits from that period.
• Credit packs: unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• If something went wrong on our side (for example a task failed because of an error in our service and still used credits), contact us and we'll return the credits.

To ask for a refund, contact support@nolindra.com or Paddle via the link in your receipt. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
